Hi Joe. Is the first link for your band? What are the other two links for? The band in the first link is incredible. You guys should be famous---or maybe you already are. Are you the drummer? My boyfriend (bass and lead guitar singer/songwriter) and my brother-in-law (drummer) are both in bands.

I'd love to hear more about your band. This is the first I knew you were in one.

Unfortunately we have no new material online (only on cds) to hear - only some old songs on ourmyspace profile and also some older stuff (jamsessions) on youtube if you click on "blakenet" on the right side. Our singer and lead guitarist is my older brother who is also here on dA -->

Thanks for replying, Joe. I checked out everything and really enjoyed the journey, including your brother's page. You guys are very good. I really enjoy your music.

As far as my boyfriend, he does have a website and a MySpaceMusic but I'm kind of keeping him anonymous as we have such a deep thing going and I don't want to jinx it. Neither of us have ever experienced anything like what we have. It's only six-months-old now.

I notice that I misspoke also. He's not in a band. He's been in several bands since age 17. He has one CD out and that was in 2004 but he's improved a lot since then. His band recently broke up and he's been working on his second album. Then he scraped it a few months ago and changed the arrangements completely and is starting over. It's heavy metal. I just don't want to publicly share him on dA. I have two photos of him in my Gallery but not where anyone could tell who he is.

My brother-in-law, Myron Bobson, has been earning money playing the drums since age 14, in Seattle, Las Vagas, San Francisco and now Stockton. He's been in many bands and I have every CD he's given me but he's not on the Internet or anything. His current group is a trio and its his best group yet. It's really their own music and it mainly Motown. There is also a lead guitarist and a female keyboardist/singer. She's one of my favorite singers. Each syllable is sung with such passion.

They're popular here in Stockton in restaurants, at wineries and at events. What's funny is that couples who go to their venues end up making out! Their music makes you feel romantic and light-hearted. They're not very good about self-promotion because they stay busy every week and don't need more business. I've been trying to talk him into at least having a video taken of them and putting it on YouTube and they're talking about having a CD produced. If they ever do either, I'll try to remember to give you a link. Here's a photo of the keyboardist's hands! [link]
